"BEWARE!!!!! Save your time. Don’t waste it coming here. It doesn’t matter which Dr you have, the office does not understand how to process clients efficiently and you end up waiting 1 hour after your appointment time. You can schedule an appointment for 12 PM, get taken back at 12:20 PM and not see the doctor until 1:30 PM. It’s ridiculous. My wife had an issue come up during the beginning of our pregnancy, and we called for two days trying to get ahold of someone - ended up having to call and use the option that is for Physicians to get through to someone. Go somewhere else. Dr. Simpson is nice, staff are nice. The business is just not efficient."

"CAUTION!!!! Extremely long wait times.... The only reason I am giving two stars is because the staff was very friendly, Homely like.... the waiting room/lobby were nice and clean but babes the actual office and exam room that I had been in were clean but the walls made you feel dirty, they were disgusting if Im being honest. MD Stephanie Schaefer seemed knowledgeable and has the potential to be a great doctor but she may be overloaded and didn't have the time. not the best bedside manners because she was rushed but it didn't start off that way, maybe an off day but she was kind. I felt she rushed after she had to take a call so I couldn't actually benefit from this visit nor give it another shot because I value my time way to much. mind you I waited in the exam room 55 mins waiting on her, the overall appointment time was 4.25 hours... just to give you an ideal. not high risk no health issues....js"

"Dr. Simpson was my doctor for my 1st pregnancy and she was so detailed, patient and listened to all of my questions and concerns. The front desk had always been polite. Dr. Simpson did an excellent job delivering my baby and her team. I will continue to use them for my future needs."

"My visit with Dr. Schaefer was excellent - she was thorough, friendly and professional. The other staff, sans the phlebotomist/staff member handling blood draws, were friendly and extremely professional and helpful. I don’t know if the phlebotomist was having a bad day or struggles with social cues, but she was extremely short and rude during my visit like I was bothering her by showing up… My initial experience was so great, so that would be the only reason I’d return."

"Never going back to this place. They are always running 1 to 2 hours behind, and they will take you back an hour and half after your scheduled appointment time and act like it's completely normal (and then let you sit alone in the exam room for another half hour at least). How hard is it to give us a call/text if you are running this far behind? Most of us are taking off work or using sick leave to be here! PLEASE try to be courteous of other people's time. I have wasted so many hours of my life sitting in that waiting room listening to the front desk people talk about how they hate their jobs and/or their co-workers. Obgyn visits are stressful enough without all this extra mess."
