"Not my first choice for care. I've had a few bad experiences with the primary care clinic. The irony is that they just don't seem to care about what ails you. While it is "free" Healthcare for vets it's not that great. I've been to other VA Clinics with better care and they at least acted like they care about your problems. Overall I would not recommend if you have other options.."

"April 2023: I’m back in to get two prescriptions. Ms. Jill at the pharmacy “check in desk” is amazing! My Rx were in the process to be mailed (from the Dallas office), and she was able to get it cancelled and filled here in this clinic. In today’s day of “hurry up” and lack of compassion from a lot, Jill took the time to search, confirm and reroute to here. Thank you Ms. Jill for GREAT care in customer service! Feb 2023: I have been coming here for 2 years now and I’ve always been treated professionally and with kindness. I have only had to get labs done, but I’ve never had an issue and I’m always thankful for the kindness from the Phlebotomy technicians! "Honestly, the hospital itself is fantastic, but labs? They won't even let you speak to them without a ticket. I grabbed a ticket and needed to see if they still needed labs from me, but my number hadn't been called. So I waited SIXTY minutes for the front desk lady to tell me "you're good" Complete waste of time"
