"If I could give zero stars I would, front office staff inconsiderate and rude, no follow up no contact and when you let them know they do no care; we don’t call doctors offices for fun we call doctors offices because obviously there’s a problem and we need it taken care of and to have these people be the front of your business is absolutely dreadful it makes people not want to go to you whether the doctor is good or not it’s like we’re an inconvenience to them; I hope people do see this review and really take into consideration who you want watching over your health because it’s definitely not this place. There’s a reason why there’s only a 2.5 star rating here."

"I was seeing this doctor for lil over 6months and then she litterly just bounced. I wasn’t given any notice or warning, only found out due to I wanted to schedule a new appointment. The receptionist asked if I would be OK seeing another doctor there and I responded yeah sure no problem,when’s the soonest they can see me? She placed me on hold came back and said well since I’m going to be moved to a new doctor they’re gonna treat me as a new customer and the soonest they can schedule an appointment for me is December! Disturbing how this whole situation was handled and now I have to find a new doctor I’d rate them lower if I could."

"Husband had a 10:30 appt he left office at 11:30 without seeing Dr. Was left in room for over 45 min waiting on Dr and never seeing him and no one informed him as to why. He left at 11:30 as he had another appt at 12noon. When 1st started going the whole office was very efficient and in the 3 yrs it has gone down hill ."

"I just have to say that this Clinic is by far the best I've eve been to! The staff was very functional, respectful, welcoming and just really well rounded. Today was my first time visiting and I was super satisfied with my experience! I will definitely be coming back in the near future. NP Sinclair and her staff are the best! "Every visit something goes wrong whether it's cancelling the appt without notifying us by phone or at the last minute or billing us incorrectly. We like the Dr but it's all the errors that have us wanting to search for another doctor's office."
