"Unprofessional. Long wait times even with a scheduled visit just to have a rushed exam. My daughter was referred to be tested for autism and speech but the places she was referred to didnt accept the referral from the office. Tried getting an updated referral and the office never called me back or provided the correct info. No communication and the hospitality was horrible. Instead of talking to you they talk down to you."
"This place is going downhill. I called yesterday around 2 to make an appointment for my 5yr old son who has a pretty bad cough and congestion, "due to high call volume all staff are currently busy, please call and try again later". I waited a hour and got the same thing so figured they were just swamped that day. I just called this morning at 8am around the time they open up and got the same machine. Why? Also lobby waits are always a hour long to even get a foot in the back room."
"I’ve been bringing my children here for 7-8 years. I’ve always brought all 3 at the same time. Well, now they have a ridiculous “policy” that only 2 siblings can be seen per day. They expected me to pick what 2 I wanted to get well first. No sense! Why ask for the names and birthdays of all 3 if you know only 2 can be seen? A sibling visit should be the easiest since you’re seeing 3 patients in one room. That’s payment times 3. I doubt they care but they just lost 3 patients."
"Good luck if your child has special needs. My son requires a Title XIX form for medical supplies and every single time I need this paperwork faxed they lie to me or give me the run around and never send it until I call 15 times and speak with 3 or 4 different people. I am not exaggerating. They have even ignored my calls. How do I know? I called on a different line after being ignored 6 calls in a row and got through right away. Even if your kid is up to date on visits they will still make you schedule an appointment to have a piece of paper sent. This is wrong on so many levels. Friday I spoke with Felicia who gave me her word she would fax it by end of business. Yesterday I called and spoke to Tina who assured me I would get a call back so it could be done. Today I spoke to Blanche who is now telling me I have to make an appointment, so they will send the form to the medical supply company, This is the Huebner location by the way."
"About a month ago, my 9 month old baby had been running a fever. I called everyday for 2 days straight and NO ONE ever answered!! I had to drive there and even then, I was turned away because I did not have an appointment. I told the lady in the front “how can you make an appointment when no one is answering the phone?”. Her response was that they are really busy. I showed her my phone where I was on the call waiting for 20 minutes. I’m a very understanding person, but a call back from a doctor or a nurse would have been fine for me! I had been going here since 2014 and I LOVED all the doctors especially Dr. C. Morgan and Dr. M. Jackson!! They were the BEST! But they left and it seems like the new staff there don’t care about their patients. In conclusion, I called the emergency room and spoke to a nurse. I also called the 24/7 nurse hotline and I was guided through the phone. My baby got over her fever in 3 days with little to no symptoms. I do jot recommend this place especially with emergencies."
