"I'm require to use their services in a LTC facility. They are consistent at showing up to be able to charge Medicare, but it has been a revolving door of providers with no treatment plan or suggestions of how they could help me. Two of the now probably 8 providers I have seen have introduced themselves to me and actually asked me how I was and active listen to me; although, no medical care has happened for my issues even with them. Who has the ability to treat in this group. Dr. Laura Givens and Jesus seem to be at the top of the gaslighting and medical neglect. I really believe they have committed medicare fraud in my case by coming frequently to see me but actually doing absolutely no treatment. I have been so traumatized by their constant gaslighting and dismissing of my concerns and my diagnosis that now I am triggered whenever a provider enters my room, i get an adrenaline dump and i just shut down to protect myself. I have tried to push through my truama and try to talk to those who actually ask me how I am and then actively listen. I have started to trust a NP and 2 different social workers they have sent, but they came twice and then ghosted me. I heard later the ghosting was because they quit due hostile work environment. But the providers I, myself, feel are toxic towards with me with poor listening skills, little to no compassion or empathy, quick to judge without accurateinformation, are the ones who keep coming and are still refusing to treat my medical needs. I would fire these people if I could. The care is very inconsistent and minimal. I have not felt like they cared one bit about me as a patient, and worse as a human; and the pain and suffering I have endured because of their poor care is immense. I have been judged, not listened to, dismissed, blamed and even shamed and the worst is the stigmatizing and how they used these stigmas to justify their poor medical care and for not treating my chronic illnesses. Because of the truama they caused me, I WAS THE PROBLEM, not them and I didn't deserve my pain, nausea or severe insomnia to be treated and give me back some quality of life. I'm extremely depressed, looking for ways to end my suffering, due to their lack of care. People with complex chronic illnesses deserve to be treated with respect again. We are not all addicts, active or in recovery. We want to be treated with respect and to have someone actually willing to Iisten. Dr Laura Givens claims she is the CMO.. if how they way she has treated me is a sign of her ability as a Doctor or boss; run, run, run like hell to another job and to any providers not associated with her."

"Made an appointment for me this week a month and a half ago. I had to call to find out that their clinic is closed and the practitioner I had the appointment with, Michelle Mourre, had left two weeks prior anyway. Only notice received was a letter that made it sound like their clinic would be open up to the 20th to some degree. Nothing about cancelling appointments scheduled before that. Nurse Practitioner Michelle Mourre even touted herself as giving "excellent medical care" even though she largely just brushed off a lot of my claims. Do your best to avoid unless she's just planning to retire like so many others nowadays. Would explain how much she didn't/doesn't seem to give a s***."
