"Dr. Bower is very knowledgeable and saw my husband in a timely basis. It is, however, extremely difficult to get through to his office. My husband's primary doctor never got the records that were promised even after being given all the information needed as to where to send the records. We were seen by a very nice, and very knowledgeable, NP today on his third visit. She promised to send in a 3 week refill on his medications while waiting for meds that he usually gets from the Veteran's Administration. Our local drug store has yet to receive the order. 4 phone calls (and a text) to Dr.Bower's office today. No answer back.. Phone is always busy.Our pharmacy confirms this. Please get on the ball, staff!"

"I don't understand the negative reviews. Dr Bower is a classy, knowledgeable man with a great bedside manner. The staff have been helpful and kind. I can understand what people are going through at a time when they may be dealing with some scary issues. They may be over reacting. Anyway, our meetings have been very helpful and exactly what we needed."

"They do not answer the phone. We drove over there twice just to get to talk to someone. If you leave a message they don't return your call for a long time. I've left 2 messages this week, to cancel an appointment because the Dr. will not see me. He only sees new patients, then you see a NP for any follow up appointments. I will be finding a new Dr."

"Horrible practice and facility personnel. Wife had numerous problems with the staff as well as the doctor who told her to her face, welp I can’t do any more to help you and you’ll have to find somewhere else to get your migraines under control. Staff will not answer calls, return calls or offer assistance. Another patient whom we know went in and got checked in to which the lady at the front desk yelled down the hall, Dr Bower you have a patient! This same patient had been waiting at least thirty minutes when another patient came in, checked in, and got called to the back. The friend of ours had the staff see her and go oh you’re still here? You haven’t been seen yet? Did you check in? To which she replied yep I checked in over thirty minutes ago and now I am leaving! DONT GO HERE!"

"Absolutely SHOCKED at the previous reviews I have read about Dr Bower and his amazing staff! I called for a new patient appointment and was able to get an appointment the very next day. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the front desk by a nice lady and immediately checked in and immediately called back by Dr Bower himself. Dr Bower is very patient. Very knowledgeable, very kind and educated! I’m so happy that I came across this doctor and would highly recommend for anyone who needs a neurologist!!!!"
