"Made an appointment, no information was asked over the phone, got there 25 minutes early for my appointment, they were very disorganized, waiting room was full of people. Waited an hour before asking the doc was running behind, that’s when they said yes. Rescheduled my appointment for 3 weeks later. Showed up 15 minutes early. Waiting room full again, asked if she was running behind was told the doctor just got there (an hour late) and she had 6 patients in front of me. Completely unprofessional office, I understand things happen but at every medical office I’ve worked at we let our patients know up front if we were behind. Missed work twice. Canceled my appointment and will not be rescheduling."

"Got hit with a $100 missed appointment fee and called to dispute it because I had a death in the family. The receptionist said that the policy had been there and that I was told when I made the appointment that there would be a 100 dollar fee except for one small detail... No one told me there was a no show fee and much less that it was that expensive. No information provided and I totally am getting scammed."
