"The office staff is the worst had to change primary due to this. Husband and I have different dr’s. We both tested positive for COVID. We are both seniors with high risk. My dr answered the phone called in a RX for me. My husband after several attempts to get a phone answered. And finally calling back and getting a person they tell him we will call you back. He gets a text message saying they will call a prescription in 48 to 72 hours! WTH he finally got an appointment at CVS. He will probably be switching to my dr."
