"Doctors are great but not the front staff. They need to replace the front staff. Otherwise, they will lose patients like me."

"Came in as a new patient. Staff is sometimes rude but can be nice. Doctor is nice, but they require you to come in every 3-6 months for a “check up” just to get prescription refills. You spend $100-$150 for 10 minutes just for them to give you a new one. Absolutely absurd."

"I went to this clinic as a new patient I was treated horribly by the staff and they were very rude and lazy , they had me call my own insurance so that they wouldn’t had to it was a very unprofessional staff at this clinic never even gave me the option of paying cash to get seen here because they couldn’t verify my insurance even so I called the 800 number and I was able to verify that it was active I feel bad for the doctor that owns this clinic but apparently they either didn’t tell her I wanted to speak with her and she didn’t care either even when I left I ask to speak to the manager and she was worst than the staff she wouldn’t even give me her name so that I could make my complaint I was so shock on how lazy the staff was about doing their job so if you want a good doctors experience do not go here because you will get treated horribly. Don’t waste your time only reason I put a star on here is because it wouldn’t let me post my complaint other wise they wouldn’t even get one star from me .better business Breuer will also be hearing from me about this clinic."

"Small and a local spot. I go here for hearing and vision required tests for work. They are fast and professional. They seem to be at capacity with staff. As this is a small clinic. Clean and very homey, wood floors and old school docs. I get in and out with ease. The front desk staff does all the paperwork. They have a smile every time even though they seem overworked. 12 seats in waiting area. Almost no parking outside. Busy street to cross. Close to restaurants."

"PA Curl, and Dr. Curl are not only great doctors, but also good people. HOWEVER the ENTIRE experience is RUINED when you speak to the girls UPFRONT. Every time you call in, or speak with them they treat you like you're a BURDEN. I send ALL my employees to Southtown Clinic, I hope they don't treat my people the same way. Please learn to CARE, after all that's what patients pay for. UPDATE: CALLED ABOUT SEVERE REACTIONS TO LYRICA, TOLD ME THEY'D CALL ME BACK TOMORROW. DID NOT CARE ONE BIT."
