"If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been patients at this office for the last 14 years. Our original doctor who we loved moved, but due to longevity we thought we should continue to see another doctor in the clinic, but every year it gets worse. Recently I tried to schedule an appointment for my daughter and because it had been over 1.5 years they considered us new patients. So disappointed in the staff as well as level of care. Please find somewhere else to go."

"I’ve had more than a few hiccups with them. First, the call center methodology they have takes away any personal connection with the doctor’s office staff that one may find at another doctor. Also, it’s hard to hold anyone accountable. I called to reschedule an appointment and their call center people didn’t actually reschedule it. I only realized it when I called again and then had truly get an appointment scheduled. Then, when I went in for my well women’s no one told me about labs or any details. I had to call the call center to ask. Then, I had a billing issue. Again, I’m routed to the call center and the line says out of service when I click the “billing question” option. I try another option just to get someone on the phone. It really shouldn’t be this difficult to make an appointment, get details about to visit or ask questions about billing. I’ll be looking for another doctor."

"If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been going to this place for years seeing 3 drs but the last 4-5 years seeing Dr. Mathews and he is awesome. I love Dr. Mathews and my issue has never been with him. But the nurses there are horrible. I have been waiting for a prespcription to be filled since Friday and it has been a horribile debacle. I was lied to, given the run around and told that a prescription I've had many times before and was in the office Friday morning to see Dr. Mathews about a refill for at 9:am did not get faxed over to the pharmacy. And then when I called I was told that the pharmacy that the prescription is ALWAYS SENT TO in no longer on file in my patient record. So now information is being deleted off my patient record - I don't know but seems to me some laws are being broken here!!!! On top of the fact that they told me when I called at 4:30 (my 3rd call on my prescription) that it didn't show that I called at 1:36pm but when I told the nurse I could pull it up on my cell phone showing that I did call and was on the phone with the front desk nurse for 20 min she quickly changed her story. So did she lie so that she could delete that off my patient record later or just try to trip me up. Again very poor customer service and handling of this situation not to mention that it was never told to me that Dr. Mathews and his staff left at 2pm on Friday! Yep all that time calling and no one that to mention that detail till 5pm! Horrible, Horrible nurses!"

"This suite 150 clinic deals pediatric appointments. First thing you notice is one out of 4 receptionist is not nice and you cannot do anything about it. That one particular reception has lot of attitude and acts as she cannot understand or care to talk to you - such a shame dealing public . Other receptionists are very nice and cover this negative review. Coming to doctors this is a good place and recommendable. Coming to location / facility its in a right location reachable and very clean and very good parking space."
