Doctor went over results and got me my prescription and recommendations to a local physical therapy spot for a follow up. The ENTIRE staff was very professional and accommodating to make me feel better. Thank you for your exceptional service!"

Faith was very sweet while checking us in and Terry and Robin were so sweet and wonderful to my brother, who can be a grouch when he is sick. Dr Maynard was very patient and thorough with his explanations. We were seen promptly and was in and out with no hassle’s. Thumbs up to the Irving Totalpoint ER staff."

"My experience at Total Point Health Care was amazing !! Ann greeted me as soon as I entered the building she was extremely friendly! Dr. DeLeon was extremely nice and had a great sense of humor. Also, he was very informative! My nurse was Allie she was caring and she checked on me often which I appreciated. Before leaving Summer helped with my discharge she was personable and kind towards me. If I ever need to visit an Er again I’ll definitely be back to visit this one !"

"Extremely clean facility, and probably the best staff at a medical facility that I’ve ever been to. From the front desk, to my nurse, to the Rad Tech, everyone was extremely kind, caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr.Deleon could be the best to ever play the game. He was extremely thorough with explaining my results and options, and made sure any and all questions/concerns were addressed fully. He GENUINELY cares about his patients which seems to be a lost trait in today’s world. Definitely recommend this Total Point location."
