"This clinic has been a God sent blessings for me. The pain in my left shoulder was awful but since I’ve been treated at Specially Care Pain Clinic the pain has reduced by 90%. "This place is full of it, I had been going there (Lancaster) for treatment for my knee. I was told I needed a knee replacement, but because I'm 43 they would not do it because I'm not old enough. I was sent to the farmers branch location to see the actual doctor Dr. Eubanks and not the P.A. (Keg) whom seems to be the only 1 with any bedside manner, and that's when the problem started. I was told in June 2021 that i need a gel injection, and still as of 10/18/21 I still have yet to get an appointment, I was told the gel was on back order after 2 months of being lied to about waiting on the authorization to be approved, let me plug this information I work for the insurance company and no authorization was ever submitted. I informed them of this and then started the finger pointing, after the pointing finger that the farmers branch location should have sent the authorization, then it was the Lancaster location was supposed to send the authorization, more pointing finger than trying to get this issue resolved. I have been told i will have a sup of the scheduling and the doctors assistance to call me back, never got those calls. I hate i even wasted my time dealing with"
