"The woman who answered my call for a new appointment was absolutely disgusting. From the very beginning to the end I was not able to get a sentence out. She kept calling me sir and when I corrected her that the appointment was for me. A female. She ignored me and acted irritated she had to ask me questions to check the system just in case I had a pre existing account. I was polite until she, again referred that the appointment was for my husband after cutting me off. I calmed myself and reiterated that I would like to make an appointment for myself and she cut me off again saying “you’re going on a hold” she didn’t pick up the phone and ignored my five calls back. I finally spoke to a woman named April who was kind and apologized but I will not be going there for medical treatment and will be contacting my insurance to make sure they do not recommend to military veterans and dependents."
