"I recently visited Cryotherapy Coppell with my family, and I am genuinely impressed with their service and care. The facility is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. Bobby, the owner, is welcoming and knowledgeable. He ensured our experience was tailored to our individual needs, even accommodating my 10-year-old and 18-year-old sons. He makes everyone feel comfortable by explaining the process thoroughly. He also talks to you during the session to make the 3 minutes go by faster. My husband, who has been dealing with sciatica, felt significant relief within an hour of his session. We were amazed by the results and grateful for the care provided by Bobby. In addition to whole body cryotherapy, you can request spot treatments to help with pain in specific areas at no additional cost. Additionally, I tried their facial service, which is refreshing and left my skin feeling rejuvenated. It also helps wake you up and make you less groggy. My husband noticed a reduction in wrinkles and puffiness. I highly recommend them for anyone considering cryotherapy. You get a lot of bang for your buck! I hate being cold but cryotherapy makes it bearable - the 3 minutes go by quickly and you feel better afterwards!"
"I've been coming to Cryo Coppell for 2 years and love this place! I do cryotherapy here about 3-4x/week to help with recovery before/after playing sports. They also have spot cryo therapy along with normatec compression sleeves and other extras (facials, B12 shots, back table). Definitely recommend this place! Excellent customer service and prices too."
"Great staff, in and out as fast as you want. Great for sore musscles and over all wellness of your body. Natural energy is amazing and lossing 1000 calories standing still for 3 minutes well you can't get that anywhere else. Amazing place try it once you won't stop going. Extremely reasonable pricing as well."

I really like the traction tables and the massage chairs that help circulate and manipulate joints and muscles. This is a family-owner business and they are very personable and helpful.
