"They literally don’t give af. Got a note that my prescription was ready and was told it actually wouldn’t be ready until the next day because they were about to close, it was 7:30. Doesn’t matter if you really need the prescription, they apparently move slow and do not gaf if you need it, nor do they show compassion about the situation. I’ll drive further to any other pharmacy before getting anything from this pharmacy ever again."
"I would give zero star if i could. What kind of bedside manner did i just experience? Dont go here. Seriously the worst bedside manner ever. If you are a provider and asks a question and refuses to listen to your patient what good are you? Why even ask a question to begin with? Management, please take care of your employees they look overworked and the encounter I had with one specific NP was absolutely horrendous. I will not be back here in the future and won't be recommending this place"
"Absolutely useless minute clinic. Used their website to schedule a DOT physical. Confirmed with their customer service that they provide DOT physicals and was directed to this location for the service. The nurse practitioner refused me service and resounded by resistant the minute clinic website and also desolate their customer service call center by starting that they don't know what they are talking about. Discrimination of disability services by a medical practitioner."
"A positive experience. I was able to get the appointment time I desired. I showed up 15 min early per recommendation and was seen by my scheduled time. I talked with an NP by the name of Peter Tran. He listened while I voiced my concerns/complaints (there were many because I'm very dramatic when I'm sick) and addressed them kindly."
"I specifically went there to get blood work so that I could get a longer prescription for my blood pressure medication. They completely forgot to contact my pharmacy after getting all my information and promising me that they had done it. Eventually I was able to get them to do what they had promised but after a hassle. The nurses (not doctors, because there are none ) are there one day and in another clinic the next. Also, they do not have a direct phone line or reply to their email."
