He has been by our side helping direct both our son’s health care - from visiting them personally in the hospital only hours after their births, until my oldest “aged out” at 19 and now as my youngest turns 17. Most importantly, from our own experience, if your child has a health crisis, Dr. Jim and Dr. Pam will be in the trenches with you fighting every step of the way. How do you put a rating on that? If you want an “old fashioned type” family doctor who spends time listening to patients (and anxious moms) but also consistently stays on top of the latest research and treatments, Dr. Jim, Dr. Pam and Stepping Stones is the place for your family. We only have 2 years left with their practice until we “age out” all together and we are missing them already."

"Our 2-year-old had a vaccine 2 months ago but the clinic did not provide the up-to-date immunization summary. And we did not know we should ask. We thought we can get another copy for free until today, when we request an immunization summary, we are told there is a 10 dollar fee because that is a specific request. So we ends up paying 10 dollars for the very FIRST immunization summary (the copy that comes with the vaccine is free). The doctors are actually great. But the parents really need to be mindful of all the paperworks, which is a challenge for us because as new parents, we do not know what could be expected with each visit."

"5/26/22 I was originally going to give this place a shot since we have friends that go there with their little ones and I've heard good things about the doctors. I called yesterday 5/25/22 at exactly 1:17pm and wanted to book an appointment. So I called and said I would like to book an appointment and the woman responds in a rude tone, "an appointment for what?" I paused because I couldn't believe how unprofessional that comment was. Then I responded with a pediatric appointment for my son, then all of a sudden she became more understanding and her tone improved. I ended up going somewhere else because I didn't like the first impression I had with the worker on the phone."

"Dr Pam, Dr Jim, Nurse Carol and the Office Staff are heaven sent. I found them when I was expecting my first child in June 2020 and as a first time mom I had tons of questions/concerns which they always provided me with answers and resources. Every visit with them was pleasant and they took their time with my sons exams. I was confident that my son's health care was in good hands. Plus they are serious about Covid protocol's so we felt safe and comfortable. I'm so sad we won't be able to see them anymore since we moved far across town."

"I called this office to possibly switch to them as our new pediatrician. I spoke with a woman at the front desk. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I told her my kids ages and right off the bat she said she can't get them in for at least a month. I said ok and tried to explain that my 4 year old wasn't due for a check up by my 17 month old was. She asked me if they were up to date on vaccines which my 17 month old was only 2 months behind due to major illness, she wasn't healthy enough to have vaccines at this time. She had just gotten out of the hospital for a very suppressed immune system and her body cannot handle that until she fully recovers. (again only 2 months behind) She told me the vaccines were mandatory and I tried to explain that I wasn't against them, but she just can't have them AT THIS TIME. The girl at the front desk didn't once even try to listen to what I was saying because she was too busy talking over me and giving me attitude. I wouldn't recommend any office that only cares about vaccines and not the actual well being of the child. The girl at the front desk really should have more training in customer service."
