"Do not ever use this location. Went in for chest congestion, wheezing, coughing etc. 2 days later cough got worse, called back in to get a prescription for coughing, talked to robin. The lady that saw me wasn’t there, she wouldn’t look at my file, or prescribe anything to help. When I asked for a manager, Robin told me she didn’t know her schedule or when she would call me back. I asked to hold while she looked to see when the manager would be in. She told me I could not do that. When I asked that I could get a call back today, she told me the manager would call me at her convenience. I don’t expect a call back. Unbelievable. Thought the health care industry was there to provide care. Guess not at this location. Aweful."
"I don’t usually write reviews but i’m very upset. My boyfriend and I who live and work together had to get tested for covid since he was showing symptoms to be able to go back to work in office. He tested positive and texted me while I was waiting to be seen. When the doctor comes in I let her know my boyfriend who’s in the next room tested positive so I need to be tested for sure now too to be able to return to work. I only had 1-2 symptoms but I still asked to be tested because my work is requiring it for me to return in office. She gave me an attitude and said we don’t just give out covid tests which is fine if I was asking for it for no reason but my boyfriend who i live with and is very very close with tested positive so my work needed to be sure I didn’t have it either if I want to go back to work. She was giving me a really hard time and didn’t want to give it to me because I wasn’t showing enough symptoms and I told her I was upset that I paid $50 just for her to refuse a test. She then told me “If money was such an issue you should have taken one at home” which was rude and I came in because I needed a doctors note for being out of work due to my boyfriends symptoms. It wasn’t about the money as much as it was that my work needed it for me to be in office. She then said that she finds that’s weird that my job is requiring it because they haven’t required it in a couple years. Which a quick google search could have told her that’s not true according to the law a job can require a test to be in office. I understand a lot of jobs may not require it anymore but mine does especially if my partner tested positive and we live together and my work knows that. I felt like I had to beg to get a test when I had pretty valid reasons for needing one. I have never felt so uncomfortable and upset with a doctor/nurse. I probably could have reacted a little better when I had to beg for a test for my job but it truly upset me that she was being rude and condescending about it."
"EXCEPTIONAL | ONE OF A KIND | CLEAN Let’s face it, Monday morning for any business is not the time to call and feel valued, but this amazing woman Altoria answered the phone with such love and professionalism that it made me pick this urgent care to take my sick son too. She went above and beyond to help me make my appt when I couldn’t get it to work on my computer, she shared info on pricing and you could tell she truly cared about my concern as a mother living in a new place coming to a new doctor. If anyone gets the honor to meet the medical assistant Altoria S. you will know you’re in great hands!"
"I was traveling to the DFW area for work and started to feel badly the evening I arrived. The next day I went to Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care located in Coppell, TX. First of all, when I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a few of their employees. Heather quickly confirmed that I had an appointment and escorted me back to a room. I was shocked at how quick and efficient it was. My nurse practitioner was Neena and she was wonderful. Very compassionate and explained everything to me regarding me diagnosis and treatment. I am wish we had these urgent care locations in the Nashville area. However, if I am ever in the DFW area and in need of urgent care, I know where I will go."
"Wonderful, amazing, thoughtful and caring care from the front desk, nurses station and doctor. They truly care about your health, getting you better and also managing your time and care while in their facility. The entire facility is kept clean and vibrant. They also conveniently have a pharmacy kiosk that is very simple and quickly can your medicine in one stop. Their portal is linked with Texas Health and UTSW for facilitating care and results. Highly recommend for quality care!"
