"I had been going to Dr. Dayani and Shavana Tate for the last few years. Today when trying to make an appointment I was first advised they do not take "self-pay" customers. When I explained I have the same insurance I've had since the beginning, I was met with them not taking my insurance. Oddly, I still receive a regular prescription from them. Very frustrating."

"Dayani was a real jewel of a doctor in the past, but now it seems like he's fallen into the trap many doctors have: no time. He probably sees 50-60 patients per day, and now when he comes in the exam room he's always in a HUGE hurry. He sits there focused on his laptop and talks to you sideways. You can just tell by looking that he's stressed out. He's really changed from when we first started seeing him a couple of years ago. Same with the staff - about 75% of the time they fail to call/fax in a referral or prescription, and we have to call them back to "remind" them to do it. Now a few weeks ago they sold out to a big multi-state corporate practice. So, here we go again. Sad to see, though; this used to be such a wonderful little clinic."

"My wife has gone to Dr. Dayani for years and has been very pleased with the practice and Dr's and recommended that I go there too. Unfortunately Dr. Dayani is not taking new patients so I was assigned a different Dr./PA (which was fine). The initial appointments were okay but I was feeling pressure to be put on medication and had to aggressively push back to identify other alternatives or lifestyle changes that would better align to my wants (before getting on medication). Every time I go in, it felt like they were eager to push me through and didn't spend time explaining what was happening and why they were making the recs that they were. In the last few months I the experience has been made progressively worse by the staff. I did a test at STRIC and called for my results, which someone gave me over the phone but didn't give me any additional context into what those results meant or what next steps were. I waited for the Dr. or PA to call and no one ever did. I eventually called back to get referred to a specialist which they did (thank goodness). Then a few weeks ago, I had to cancel my labs and the staff told me to just come in whenever and I could reschedule my follow-up appointment while there. Fast forward to today, I go to the office, wait 30 min to get lab work done, go to the back and they tell me my appointment is in July and they cannot do the labs. I try to understand why and they say they don't want to get "audited" (???). I happened to have my paperwork from my new specialist with the orders that were requesting the same information and again they refused to do it. They suggested I go to another lab (ALSO A QUEST) to get the labs -- which makes absolutely no sense. Needless to say, I have been going to Drs. my entire life and have never experienced such incompetence. Very disappointed and will definitely be finding a new primary for me and my family."

"Very efficient office - friendly staff and doctors. I like that they have labs in one of their rooms so you dont have to make appt to get tests done. Dr Muthappa is friendly and efficient - never waited too long in receiption or in room for visit."

"This place was good and I really liked my Dr. Both doctors in this practice are actually really good and caring. I have been an established patient for a long time and one day I call to confirm appointment just to be told they don’t accept my insurance anymore but accepted another plan I had access to so I spent two weeks switching health plans just to be told once it was active no actually we don’t accept any of those. I have major health issues that needs medical attention and a major surgery coming up that needs clearance and they don’t care regardless of any of it. Self pay is all they can say. The staff have been absolutely rude through this process and has left me without anything and in dangerous position with my health. Definitely don’t recommend unless you want to be left pushed out on the curb because they don’t tell you anything until it’s to late."
