"I DO NOT recommend this office. As a new patient I was told to arrive 30 minutes early. After being taken back into the exam room, an entire hour passed without the doctor coming in to see me. After more than 1.5 hours and still being told that the doctor was seeing me next, I left without being treated. Do not waste your time."

"Prior to my first appointment, I was slightly skeptical, as I was assigned to a doctor by our insurance company (Tricare) -- but couldn't have been more pleased! The office staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, and Dr. Konoapacki blew me away with his attentiveness and patience. He is also incredibly intelligent (which I suppose is a plus since he *is* a doctor and all... ha), but explains things in a way that's not over the heads of us average-intelligence folks. Although my appointment was just a routine checkup to establish care, I never once felt rushed. He took each of my questions seriously and was extremely thorough in each of his explanations. It's evident he genuinely cares for his patients! Their patient portal is SUPER-convenient as well, and staff are helpful and timely in their responses when using their messaging feature.
