"I've been going to see Dr. K for over 5 years. She's a great doctor but I just don't understand how they can hold personal information from me. I went to do blood work last week and was supposed to see Dr. K today for the results. Apparently my appointment wasn't until 2:45 pm and not at 9 like I thought. I asked if I could see the doctor early because I was leaving and I wouldn't be back until August. They said no I'd have to come back at 2:45. I kept telling them I needed to see her before I left. They said I could come see her when I got back in August. I said what if I have cancer before I come back and yall knew and didn't tell me? I'm told them I was going to get a lawyer if that happened. The front desk proceeded to tell me that would be hard to prove. I said not when I was recording the conversation and she said that wasn't allowed. I days yes it is when I'm the patient. Man, now I gotta wait until I get a chance to to find another Dr with hopefully better staff so I can find out if I have ovarian cancer."

"I don't recommend if you have children with allergies or if you want to be able to go to your doctor when you have an issue arise. My daughter has seasonal allergies and since COVID this office refuses to see her due to her allergy cough that they know she has. Can't get anyone to answer your questions on the phone. I went as far to call and ask for my medical records to be printed. I get a call letting me know they will be ready for pickup in the next two days... A week later they still aren't ready and now they are going to charge me a crazy fee for printing. Just don't put yourself through the headache of going to this place."
