"First time patient at the Potranco location. I have nothing but good things to say. I am a big believer on respect, cleanness, and time. As soon as we walked in the receptionist greeted us, the facility was very clean and roomy, my daughter loved all the drawings all over the walls. We waited less than 5 minutes before Nurse Raquel called us back. She was extremely polite, welcoming, and quick! She did not waste our time at all. She was quick with triage and asking me questions and asking about my concerns. She made my daughter feel very comfortable. As quick as she was she NEVER made me feel rushed or like we were just another patient on the schedule. Dr.McNeil probably came in 5 minutes after Nurse Raquel was done. She was extremely nice and seemed very understanding of my concerns. She never pushed anything on me. She seemed very knowledgeable. We were there less than 45 minutes. When leaving the receptionist told us bye. I highly recommend this office along with nurse Raquel and Dr.McNeil."
