"This place used to be great. Now they are slow, understaffed, lacks customer service skills, only PA’s no Dr on site, went in for strep test came back negative then went to primary and was told otherwise. They tell everyone that I saw come in the lobby that all walk ins have more than a hr wait. The parking lot was empty by the way. I will not return or refer anyone to this location. I actually walked out of lobby after being told my check in time is later and I won’t be seen till then. When someone who came in for their actual time they had to wait 45min longer than expected to be called up to front desk."

"Would NOT recommend this urgent care. Rude billing employees who are wiling to help assist you in billing concerns. Rather, ask if you want to be self pay. They have the worst billing system in place. You have to leave your information for a call back every single time you call. BCBS was willing to do 3 way call to verify benefits and assist with the claim processing but because of how they run their billing system this is not an option. they really need to improve their system for faster patient billing assistance perhaps confirming patients insurance information before directing them to call their insurance."

"The first thing I appreciated is that your faculty is open 7 days a week until 10 PM. I had a list of 9 facilities to contact and your was the only place open. Secondly, your staff was all very professional and prompt. I felt I was listened to and treated well. Lastly, I was in and out in under one hour. That is phenomenal! Of course I will recommend your facility to all my colleagues!"

"I have been to many different urgent cares. Some I have waited half an hour to be seen, some I have waited 4 hours to be seen. This is the first urgent Care I have ever been to where I was in a room within 10 minutes, I was having my vitals taken within 5 minutes of being in that room, and I saw the provider within 15 minutes of being in that room. That was without a doubt one of the most efficient urgent cares I have ever seen. And I have to give extra special props to the provider Nicole, I was dead convinced it was a sinus infection and as it turns out it definitively was not and I would like to thank her for taking her time and actually figuring out what the heck was going on with me."

"The Physician's Assistant, Kylie, was excellent and very professional and helpful. The young woman at the front desk was very nice and understanding. Another great thing was how late the facility was open for care. However, the young nurse with short hair that helped me acted rudely and was not dressed professionally at all. The seating in the lobby was very hard and uncomfortable to sit on."
