"Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid at All Costs I recently visited Dr. Vaitla’s office after suffering a head injury from slipping on ice. Not only was the treatment inadequate, but the overall experience was utterly disappointing. Despite reporting severe left arm pain and having two cuts on my left eye, Dr. Vaitla’s treated me. I had a severe left eye swelling. she ordered a CT scan and shoulder x-ray. My brother in law took me to imaging center and other places. I even couldn’t able to wear my shirt. I took 4 days off and her office called me on 5th day and told that x rays came out with no fractures. Furthermore, her dismissive attitude towards my inability to drive for three days following the injury was appalling. She callously refused to fill out necessary forms for my employer, insisting that I should be able to drive to work despite my ongoing pain and facial swelling. What’s worse, when I requested the necessary paperwork, I was informed that it would cost extra money. It’s utterly unacceptable to exploit patients in their time of need. In all my 40 years, I’ve never encountered such incompetence and disregard for patient well-being. Dr. Vaitla and her office prioritize profit over patient care, and I urge others to steer clear of this appalling establishment. It’s good that I also went to an Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Florian Dibra at the same time, and he filled my FMLA form. Save yourself the frustration , money and seek medical care elsewhere. This experience deserves nothing but a resounding one-star rating."

"The management team is very bad handling billing .They doesn’t know to file for insurance and want to take money out of patient pocket.This had happened to me and my husband only in this facility that we are over charged every time and have to deal with insurance each time we visit this facility. Even for annual visit they want the patient to pay out of pocket.we were charged 300$ every time which is way more than urgent care .The doctor is good but management team sucks."

"Dr. Deepa is so knowledgeable in her profession and has a great bedside manner . It is so refreshing to have a Doctor Who is so thorough and explains everything to you. She follows up with you when she orders test for you and she will call you back even if it’s after hours whenever you are worried about a procedure or a test that you have had done. I would recommend her to my family and friends."
