"Surgery went well. They charged $24k to my insurance provider including charging me $50 co pay for every office visit. No worries I was just happy to have the surgery done. Then 1 year later I decide to check my credit report and they put a $60 charge off on my credit report! $60!!!!! I never got a bill! Never got a phone call!!! $60 dollars really! I called the office and asked for billing and the lady who answered the phone was so rude and basically was taunting me. Unfortunately Dale Brancell you are a good doctor but your workforce needs to be replaced!!! To respond to Dr Brancel, you are a great doctor and I understand protecting your staff and cursing should not be tolerated but if you heard the conversation then you would of heard the lady on the phone antagonizing me to make me mad. Now I already paid the measly $60 that I have no idea what that was for but it’s been paid. What is sad is that a small $60 fee and a rude employee got you a bad review. Next time just make a phone call and by the way me being a business owner, I do whatever it takes to make my clients happy I certainly don’t antagonize a bad situation."

"Dr. Brancel sat and explained everything to me. He answered my questions as best as able. His staff was thorough and made sure I knew where to go and what to expect. The office was clean. I did not have a long wait time."

"Dr. Bransel was excellent as a person & surgeon. Very happy with the professional service & really liked Dr. Bransel. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the back end office service however. I had surgery in 2015 for a hernia. Hernia went terrific. 100% better. Thank you Dr. Bransel. Apparently there was a very small balance for $137 that the insurance did not cover that I would have gladly paid had I received a bill. I leave no outstanding bills! I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING until Dec. 2019 when I started getting collection calls demanding payment. Just called the office. Quite rude. Assumed ZERO responsibility, or possibility that this could have been an oversight on their part. I of course will remedy this payment as I pride myself on paying all of my bills IMMEDIATELY. However, being treated & talked to like a convicted felon did not sit well with me."

"I love this man! I've been to multiple doctors and hospitals in the span of two months. I've had HIDA scans, ultrasounds, MRI scans, color and contrast scans, you name it, I had it done. No one could find the source of my unexplainable back and abdominal pain and nausea! I went to Dr.Brancel because my PCP was wondering whether or not it was my gallbladder causing all this. Dr. Brancel took a look at my HIDA scan and told me that my gallbladder was only working at 30% capacity. He told me it isn't at risk of rupturing or anything, so if need be I could wait, but eventually it will have to be taken out. I went ahead and scheduled the procedure. He then went on to show me actual pictures of a gallbladder removal surgery that he had done to one of his previous patients. He went through picture by picture to show me the exact process that he does in order to get your gallbladder out. I've never had a doctor care so much and show me and explain in detail all the things that he was going to do. I had my gallbladder taken out just a few days ago. I feel so much better! The day after the procedure and all my abdominal and back pain was GONE! Also, right after the procedure was done, Dr. Brancel came out into the waiting room and showed my parents all the pictures he took of my surgery and went by step by step what he did to me as well. He's a very professional and lax person. He's instantly comfortable to be around and clearly knows his job and loves it. I've never met such a professional and caring doctor. Highly HIGHLY recommend!"
