"My husband and I both went in to get antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection. Ladies at the front desk were friendly. However we arrived 30 minutes early for our appointment and still had to wait over 30 min passed appt time. We both never got to see the actual doctor here just a nurse practitioner who was attentive in asking questions but the fact she was googling things made me a bit concerned. They over charged us as well, as my insurance company had to inform me of, which is still not resolved because no one answers the phone at that clinic OR calls you back after multiple calls and voice messages left. I still don’t have either of our blood results but received another bill for since the dr sent it in for more testing without informing us of what so ever. Original appt was 1/24 it is now 2/13 and still no one has returned any of my messages. $400 dr appt for me and my husband that shouldn’t have been. I’m not overly impressed with this clinic."
