Reviews
"Wonderful staff. They have been nothing but helpful and nice."
"A script for blood work was not sent to the lab. My telephone call to ge5t script sent was not returned. The office seems disorganized. No complaints against the doctors."
"If I could give zero stars I would. I have called 2 times on a question about taking a certain medication and if it was ok for my kidneys. This was months ago, still haven't heard back. I call all day once and no one answered the phone. When I called the next day, she said they were short handed. Not a way to run an office when needing answers on medication that could affect your life!"
"I am a patient and my experience with the doctor is awesome but for some reason I have had multiple experiences that haven’t been what they should been from appointments being scheduled and not telling me, not scheduling lab when they should have then my latest is that the doctor explained he was going to change my meds because my kidney function has worsened in the last 2 months and that we do labs again on the 18th I left a message for the nurse telling them that my Pharmacy says they have no prescriptions for me that was this morning and have not received a call back. Plus since I work for UTSouthwestern I find the voice mail on the nurses phone very unacceptable . She states do Not leave multiple messages as it will just delay the response time. Well I left one message and did not get a call back. That is not a patient care type of message. UTSouthwestern would fire you for that type of patient forward message! But I can certainly see why patients are leaving multiple messages as leaving just one does not work. I am the last of a aging bred that cares about doing a good job. If patient care is your career and you don’t care then maybe you should rethink your career…"
"Friendly staff and doctors that explain your condition with you in terms that you understand."
