She is rude, condescending, and makes it seem as if she is doing you a favor by working with you. Someone really needs to sit her down and go through a basic manners review."

Good luck because I’ve waited months to get the right referrals not to mention once getting a referral if you want it faxed or emailed better wait for the next bird who can fly faster than a simple email. I will look into removing my self from this insurance approved practice into a different one."

"No problem with providers. Drs. Helsten and Crutchfield are great. Two star rating is due to not ever being able to get an appointment when you're sick. Sometimes you wait days or even weeks."

The front staff is just a bunch of temps and new people without training, so they don't know what they are doing and can't answer questions. The worst thing is trying to call, I've called several times over the past three days and no one will answer the phone. I've been calling all morning today to reschedule my appointment and still no answer."
