"I don't know? I was finally happy they did the tests needed, changed my med. Really don't see much difference in med except price. The office has yet to get the Estradiol Cream not gel right. I already got a refill anyways . It's now after explained about 1 thing my Neurologist said not that procedure, yet didn't have say anything about having an issue with with the 2nd option . Was set up for outpatient procedure. Now today they called and cancelled, saying I Now need to see a 3rd person in there office concerning my OAB. Seriously!! What the Heck !! I don't know what is going on , but I am finding an issue with proper care , when this in my opinion needs to be address , handled. I am not 90 for Goodness sake, way to young for this . May 15th will be 6 months getting the runaround from So called Urologist!! Let's get with the Program! I am annoyed , and will be back one way or another and name names ! Wether this becomes a positive, or negative! Not Happy. Doing an update this has been a challenge..will address more details later, however Cooperate office, why bother ! Have had surgery and that so far has improved, grateful for most daytime improvement. Such a challenge for anyone. At the moment trying to stay positive . Wish Dr. Parham could be in office here as well. I only saw him when had surgery in Arlington. The PA does listen , which I wasn't sure at first. Time will tell . Been a journey, not easy. Finally also got my refund in July that was from March and my Insurance had to contact them. As there Billing is extremely rude and just hangs up before you can say anything. They will eventually tick off the wrong person. And that issue needs to be addressed. Leaving this at 4 star bc it's hard to get things situated and someone to Trust in this area . I will update.
