"I have been going to Dr. Krass since I moved to the area in 2018. However, I just had an unfortunate encounter with his staff over a scheduling issue that has me moving to a new doctor. I called on Wednesday the 16th to try and get an appointment before the end of the month. I was told by the scheduling lady on the phone that they had an opening next Tuesday at 2:00pm and I accepted. However, when she placed it on their calendar she accidentally put it down on the 15th....the day prior to me calling them to make an appointment. This mistake, while not convenient, was ultimately understandable and not a big deal. What was a big deal was the way I was treated when I showed up for my appointment on the 22nd. I was told repeatedly that I was wrong, I had no appointment, and that they "would NEVER make an appointment for Tuesday at 2:00pm". They found the appointment that had been added to the schedule for the 15th (the day before I actually called). They insisted that I had "no-showed my ACTUAL appointment on the 15th." Even when I showed them the date and time stamped calls from the 16th when I made the appointment, she insisted it was only because I had no-showed "my original appoint on the 15th" and was trying to reschedule. In essence, there was NO WAY they could have made a mistake and this was all my fault. There was no offer to help reschedule, no interest in anything other than saying it wasn't their fault and they had no time for me. OK! So now...it's off to find another AME with a better focus on customer service."
