"Doctor/nurse/Assistant should protect patients privacy. Nurse or assistant was making calls to patients, with the door open talking loudly and we could hear the patients name and what issues they had or what they were diagnosed with. Next time close the door and talk lower because that is private information for the patient. Outside of that, great visit."

"I usually don’t write reviews but when I went from my so-called scheduled appointment, they told me that they couldn’t see me because of an insurance issue mind you they are supposed to let the patient know at least 24 hours to 48 hours beforehand. Nobody called the communication was very wrong, and the lady that sits in the front desk well one of the ladies was very rude And was not helpful at all and was just basically like oh we can’t see you have a good day. Like are you serious like who does that. and I’ve never had a problem with Macarthur Obgyn until now. What a great way for the office staff to treat patients."
