"I’ve Been calling all day long and i have received not one answer at all and i’m not very welcoming and happy about it."

"I Drove 45 min from Gainesville, got stuck in traffic on the way, called multiple times to let them know I was going to be late and to ensure I would still be seen and not just be a waste of a drive. Called 7 times, no answer, left a voicemail, hoping someone at least would call me to let me know if they would see me if not turn around and save the rest of my gas. Arrived, explained the whole situation, after the fact that they accepted it was their fault, for not answering their phone’s and explaining to me that somehow their lines are all messed up. She told me to wait, I waited a whole 30 minutes just to be told they weren’t going to see me because the nurse was still w a patient. So I then asked if I would of been on time would they had not been able to see me she then said she’s go ask the nurse if she could at least give me some type of proof of my pregnancy so I could apply for my insurance and she went to ask the nurse once more, then came and said they were still not able to see me and they would of honored it and just had me wait longer of Omaha made it on time. which makes no freeking sense how are u gonna admit it’s your fault but then still refuse to see and NOT HONOR THAT The nurse is clearly lazy and doesn’t want to do her job!!!!"

"My husband and I personally have had such a good experience at women to women. We love the staff and advocates that are there. Everyone is very nice and helpful. We have felt welcome there since day one. The classes are very interesting and helpful. Never a dull moment. And to the other women who said they are rude and your husband could not come in. My husband was not allowed to come in either on my first visit but was invited back after meeting with an advocate after this first initial appointment he's been involved in everything. That is just their policy. It definitely doesn't make them rude. W2W,Thank y'all so much for everything thus far!"
