Our doctors, nurses, family advocates, and medical staff are dedicated to listening to your concerns and providing comprehensive care for your child. Through our MyCookChildren's patient portal, you can easily communicate with your doctors, schedule appointments, and access test results.
In addition to medical services, we offer resources for families including access to local and state resources, caregiver advice, and community resources. Our Family Advocates are available to assist you with navigating your child's health needs.

"Man if I could give this clinc less star best believe I would yes the front staff an nurse that be on call are very very rude an unprofessional they're always making up excuses when I need paperwork for my kids. My youngest son has aasthma an every school year they make it to were theyre like we'll the doctors not here it's gonna take 7-10 business days for you to have this paper for school which mind you theres hell a people that can get a freakin paper signed that what takes 5 freakin minutes smh...... Oh an recently I went because I'm always struggling to find a certain formula for my daughter an we needed to change her formula an omg I got the same dang excuses oh well da doctors not in today an ur gonna have to wait til tomorrow to get signed, which mind u my daughters formula had jus finished an I need the form for my wic to take out her formula but instead they were like oh well ur gonna have to wait 7-10 business days for us to get it filled out an that was da last straw for me my daughter is 9months old she still takes formula yea I raised hell with the front staff porque no mamen they never wann do their job if they don't wanna work there go somewhere else I will not be back at this clinic when they did that to my daughter that was it. For me to wanna consider to even come bac to this clinic THEY NEED TO CHANGE ALL THEIR STAFF AN GET DOCTORS THAT DO CARE ABOUT UR KIDS FOR ME TO WANT TO GO BAC BUT UNTILL THEN IM OUT FOR GOOD I do not recommend this clinic to anyone poor staff that they have an ur always on hold to schedule a dang appointment an plus when u go to check in the front staff is always looking at u weird like omg here comes these people again an I kno they be talkin smack bout the patients an or families cuz they're always speaking spanish mind u I'm a Spanish speaker an I kno what they saying an they look at u an smile an go bac to talkin smack"
