"This was my first appointment to North Texas Allergy & Asthma Center. today was just for a consultation Even though it takes an hour to get to their office, it was worth The drive. I was called in at my appointment time. Dr. Patel was courteous and professional. She took her time with me, and was concerned about what I was experiencing. She asked me lots of questions And was genuinely concerned. Her staff was Friendly, courteous and professional also. Everything was explained to me very clearly. I was disappointed that the forms I filled out online they could not find on my patient portal, and I had to fill out the paperwork"
"The staff I signed in with were extremely helpful and friendly. I was ushered into an exam room almost immediately. The nurse taking vitals was equally caring and friendly. Dr. Mane was awesome…so friendly and easy to talk to. She wasn’t intimidating at all. "This was the best experience one could possibly have at an allergist! They fit us in fairly quickly (due to a severe allergy) even though we were a new patient; we had seen other allergist but this office, both staff and doctor Did not rush our many questions and took the time to educate us and make us feel more secure about food, as my son has gotten so afraid to eat anything because of his tree nut allergy. He is 10 and has been seeing an allergist since he was three but this was our best experience ever. Thank you North Texas allergy and asthma center! Thank you Dr. Foster and CJ in front office staff!
