"Zero stars!!!!! HORRIBLE BILLING DEPARTMENT!!!! All of my family is under the same plan. My son and I had been here multiple times needing after normal hours care. My husband decided to use them when he couldn’t get in with our doctor. Now they say they don’t take our insurance when insurance says they do. Come to find out they were trying to file it separately so it looked like out of network so so they could collect more from us. We finally got them to file it correctly. Received my EOB from insurance showing it was paid yet Citra is still trying to bill me over $300. Save your self time and pain and go somewhere else. Don’t trust what they say because when you call they will tell you yes we take that insurance even if they don’t."

"Dr Ben was great. The receptionist was so patient with me and everyone else that came in. I have visited there several times and have always gotten excellent help. Sometimes there is a short wait but a few minutes is much better than waiting days to get into my regular doctor. I am very happy with their services and will continue going there in the future when needed."

"Great place to go. People are very friendly, helpful and take time to listen. Doctor NP was very knowledgeable, he was in no rush, he listened. He provided what I call an action plan. He covered each detail of my symptoms, he explained why he gave me the prescriptions he prescribed and was open to any other questions I had. Doctor went over every medication that he prescribed and told me what symptoms to look for if I am not getting better. At the end of my visit with my prescriptions were called into my pharmacy. I also had a printout of my prescriptions greatly detailed with a recommendation plan. I also received general instruction sheet that showed if your symptoms are getting worse when to call and instructions when I would need help right away. Overall this was the absolute best experience that I have ever had going to an urgent care facility. 5 star rating for me!!!!!!!"

"Beware of a surprise billing! They sent me a bill for $500 for a 15 minutes visit for respiratory inspection two weeks later. They DID NOT communicate with me during the visit of my potential balance from an out-of-network insurance. When I asked how much it would be, they only charged me for the co-pay at a time. They did not provided me with a good faith estimate. Their bill only has one line item that said “medical service”- no itemized. I don’t even know what am I being charged for when their price listed on their website for the new patient was only $199 for all in-house services. I would never agreed with the care if I knew the scammy price before hand. I’ll put this review on all sites out there and I’ll submit a complaint to help other people from this place."
