"Not impressed by this office. There has never been a sense of urgency to get patients checked in on time. Its not easy for someone to pick up a call on the first try either. I waited an hour to be seen for a med refill which only took 5 minutes. Dr. Addy and Penny (MA) are GREAT but most office staff & the girl at the front desk are lacking customer service/personality"

"I hate wasting time writing a review, but hopefully it will save someone else time & frustration dealing with TCFM. They may treat families, but they will not treat you like family. Check a few of their reviews & then keep looking for another practice ***Update*** Wow! I'm surprised how this has been handled. I was disappointed with the way I was treated earlier just trying to get a routine prescription refill, but I did NOT call anyone a name! Even more unbelievable, is that TCFM would post in a public forum that I have a serious medical condition! I fully expect that their post will be deleted soon, but this should be a serious warning to anyone concerned about their privacy as a patient!"

"I've been coming to TCFM for over 5 years. I called in today to make an appointment because I’m sick. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and was told I haven’t been there since December 2021 and they would have to check if the doctor would accept me back. This place has gone downhill, the office phone handlers need to learn to treat their customers better. There wasn’t any sense of sympathy or helpfulness. I’ll be moving on."

"Finding a general practitioner that actually cares about your health first is incredibly hard nowadays. THESE PEOPLE COULDN'T CARE LESS. I just moved to the area and needed a checkup over a few things. They proceeded to try and schedule me for 4 different appointments for things that could be all taken care of in a matter of 30min. All they care about here is patient turnover and getting as much money from insurance as possible. I would never recommend having Trophy Club Family Medicine as your doctor! Incredibly disappointed. After talking to multiple offices, I finally found one that really only cares about your well being and while I have to drive almost an hour to get to them, its well worth it. I will never come back to Trophy Club Family Medicine."

"I'll start with the pros: I love my doctor. I have been going to her for 12 years now. She always makes me feel very comfortable and as if she's taking my symptoms seriously. I also love my nurse practitioner. She always lets me know I can call her line if I have any questions that need immediate attention. Now the cons: front desk personnel could be friendlier. There are several that are very nice and several that are not very kind. However, I have empathy for them having to deal with sick/panicking patients all day. I've been there and I understand. They could all stand for some retraining."
