"Dr. Noorani honest, professional and very experienced doctor! My husband and I came to him for a check-up due to severe back and neck pain. My neck was motionless and severe lower back pain. My husband had severe middle back pain that sometimes he couldn't walk. Thank God we found this splendid doctor who, after 3 years of seeing him and following his program as indicated without any type of medicine and following his instructions, I can say that I feel cured of my neck and my back. My husband has never had anything so severe happen to his back, he learned what he should and should not do to take care of his back. "Is there some reason why there is absolutely no transparency in costs. If someone calls and ask for a fee schedule to determine if the costs align with their cash budget be forthcoming with that information rather than hiding behind the old ruse of it is not our policy to give the cost for a PRP knee injection. It is a very reasonable request to ask what the charge would be and very unprofessional in my opinion to force a consultation to discuss the cost when it is cut and dry. You get the kit, take my blood, spin it to get the plasma and inject it in the knee."
