"I called to make an appointment and the person in the front desk gave me wrong information. When I arrived at the clinic the day of my appointment the same person told me that there was no appointment, the behavior of that person was very bad, not at all friendly and as I said, wrong information. The rest of the workers there offered a really good service."

"So, I noticed that most low reviews are customer service based "front desk" which in turn is not a true assessment of what one is truly coming here for. In our case, front desk was nice, and the rest of the staff made my son feel comfortable for his procedure (nail removal). Dr. Khanna was great, down to earth, thorough and straight to the point. "I've been here twice for ingrown nails and had an amazing experience. No waiting, I didnt make any reservations. I just walked in got treated and walked out. The crew is amazing and make sure you are doing good before and after procedure."

"Horrible to clients extremely rude. Came in for a walk in. Ended up leaving because the nurse said they are busy and it’s their lunch time. Wouldn’t give me a time of day to explain my foot condition. I have collapsed arches and been having severe knee and lower back pain due to it. If you are closed for lunch lock the doors and have a sign out front. Don’t drive potential clients out the door. I’m upset because this was the closest foot clinic near me and off the bat I had a bad experience. Would not recommend if you can find another foot clinic. I don’t like to feel like I’m a bother to my doctor. Definitely going somewhere else."
