"Make sure you check with your insurance before using any of their overpriced services. You are better off going outpatient somewhere else. Cooks charged us $610.29 for an outpatient x-ray at the Dodson Center. Radiology and associates charged us $64 for the very same x-ray. Seems like extreme price gouging to me. We will never use Cooks again."

"Why on earth do you have to register and check-in separately? Makes no since. It seems it's just for marching you around the building and paying 2 people to do the same job? None of the smaller specialty clinks of Cooks does that."
