"I didn't even get to have a visit! My regular OBGYN refered me to Dr Johns saying he was a fertility specialist. I called made my appt, on my appt day I drove an hour and a half from my house to see him. Showed up 30 minutes early and was told to pay $250 for the apt at check in because my insurance did not cover it. So I called my insurance and was informed it was covered. Called dr johns office back was told they had to verify and call me back.. I asked can I still be seen today, she goes no we're booked for the afternoon.. So I drove an hour and a half for nothing because thier office staff couldn't verify my insurance (which the already had by the way) before I got there.. This office is incompetent DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!"
