"Theres absolutely no point on scheduling an appointment if they're still going make you wait like an hour in the lobby before you're seen. That is ridiculous. The younger Hispanic check in lady with black hair was rude. Needless to say I didn't stay after waiting for an hour. I left."

"Compassionate care and there is always availability for appointments. I also like that there is a virtual option which has come in handy a few times. Dr. Toro has been great! She takes time to hear my concerns and I feel like we are actually collaborating on my care and I'm not just told what to do. She also always asks how I'm doing like as a person in general which is nice! I haven't had any issues and I'm grateful for the providers and staff."

"As a mom of 3 boys it's very important to be able to find a very personable pediatrician that actually cares about their patients. Dr. Kim has been great and very sweet with my boys but I am beyond frustrated with the lack of urgency her staff has. I've been waiting way too long for forms to filled in order to apply for a grant so my son can get a helmet for his severe plagiocephaly and seeing he is almost 9 months our window on getting this fixed is running out. Luckily for me, I was able to find a new pediatrician that was able to help me with EVERYTHING I needed within an hour. It's very frustrating that as a parent I can never get in contact with someone from the office via phone call. We will not be coming back."

"I’ve yet to have a bad experience at this office. My kids’ previous doctor, Mai, was super kind and professional, and their current provider, Kim Young is absolutely exceptional. I called in at 8am, made a 12:45pm appointment for my daughter, arrived at 12:40 and was on the road to the pharmacy by 1:15! Kim was able to properly prescribe meds for the issue, and solved an additional issue with ease and completely comforted my child who normally would have freaked out in the particular situation!!"

"My daughter was sick. I took her here and turns out she had a virus. Took her home and went to the pharmacy and they told me the prescription wasn’t there; they hadn’t received anything. I call the clinic and apparently the useless doctor hadn’t sent over the order for the prescription. I go to the pharmacy and call the clinic every day after that and still nothing. My daughter had to basically fight the sickness off herself. Thankfully she was fine within 4 days but WOW!! The clinic did receive some unkind words from me."
