"If I could give a negative number review I would. I walked in to an appointment which I can say they were on time but that’s the only good thing I can say. I had 102* temp, throwing up, had a bladder infection and to top it all off a horrible migraine. The doctor told me to get excedrine for migraines and sent me home. Excedrine for migraines is like trying to put a house fire out with a garden hose. What am I suppose to do about the bladder infection? The throwing up? Now if this saves one person from going here maybe this review helps because I’m sure no one from CVS reads the reviews. If they do could you please call me and address these issues."
"Worst experience at any Minute Clinic! My son's appointment was at 11:30, it's 12:45 as I'm writing this. No one has any care in this location. We still haven't been seen. Others are canceling & walking out. I'm waiting because my son has strep & I need antibiotics. The "care concierge" is a complete waste of resources. For over an hour I have watched her play on her phone, walk around talking to coworkers & snap at any customer who asks her a question."
"Signage says they open at 8:30am So does Google, cvs.com, and the front of the store. I show up a few minutes early, literally nobody is here, nobody greets me. Website says $59, signs say $99 and up. Quack doctor finally walks out she says yes they're open "what's wrong with you" (possible pink eye) she immediately looks for reason to not treat me, until it literally shows up on the screen they do treatment for that. then she proceeds to tell me that she has a phone call and that she can't help me for 15 or 30 minutes. I'm now 20 minutes into waiting. Like I literally got a beg for somebody to just greet me and acknowledge that I'm here and then as soon as they do they immediately go back to ignoring me."
"I've been in multiple times because I don't have a PCP yet. The doctor is really friendly. Depending on arrival, flu season it can take a while. However, would be at gyno that long before seeing her. So I'm fine with that. Been in/out in 20 before too. Again, he's nice, thorough."
"My son has been here several times in the past. He has traditional Texas Medicaid. I have never received a bill or had a claim denied. Today my husband sat with my sick 2 year old for two hours when the kiosk said there would only be a 40 minute wait. They waited so long only to be told all of a sudden they don't take his insurance. Nothing has changed. Today's staff is uneducated in the procedure that we have gone through so many times in the past. How disappointing and a waste of our time with a sick toddler at that. They also turned away several others who also waited to be seen."
