"The worst service ever. I put in my order for pickup and they didn't bring it to me until i was there 25 minutes after the chosen pickup time. Unfortunately I had already paid online and didn't have the option to just leave. The worker wasn't apologetic and didn't care and my order was missing the pita bread, and 3 of the things that should have been on it. Don't go here if you're expecting anything on time or correct."

"I had the pleasure of having lunch at Cava and I couldn't be more delighted with the exceptional options they offer. The flavors were rich, diverse, and showcased a perfect balance of textures. The customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Cava to anyone. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu options. Hopefully next time I can try one of their drinks. As they were out my first visit."

"I’ve been twice now, enjoyed my food but my partners sweet potatoes were not cooked all of the way. The staff was is kind but messy, dropping a portion of the scooped off of the pita, on to the floor (both experiences). Can tell they aren’t communicating the best with multiple protein options not available. Cross contamination seems like a regular occurrence as well. I plan to go again but I will wait a few months so they have time to learn how to provide a nice experience."

"The food is outstanding here. The service is awesome. They were out of a fewxof the toppings, the pickles, cucumber, and a sauce or two. No big deal, they were extremely busy. They gave us a very substantial discount without is even saying anything about it. That is customer service. Definitely recommend."

"Don't walk, run and go check out the best new spot for a quick bite in Kyle. Dee and Lauren were amazing and put together some scrumptious Pitas for my husband and I. We had never been to a Cava before tonight, and my husband asked them to make him whatever their favorite was. Totally putting Dee on the spot! But he was up for the challenge and was crowned the Pita Master."
