"My appointment was at 2:30pm, I arrived at 2 pm and the doctor didn’t come till almost 4pm. Then after waiting 2hr she told me she would not be able to do the vaccinations which was the whole point of me making the appointment because they couldn’t pull up his vaccination records and I was not told to bring the paper records when I made the appointment as a new patient. Overall just unprofessional and would not recommend this clinic, if I could give 0 stars I would."

I dread calling to make a Appoitment through this office, we love the doctor she is a delight but the front end of the doctor office really needs improvement for all of us parents, kids and employees to have a smooth day!"

"Terrible experience trying to schedule a check-up for a "bigger" kid. After using COVID as an excuse to cancel appointments all last year, getting an appointment set up is impossible. The team member handling the phone seems to find joy in turning parents away. My son likes Dr. Miller, but the rest of the staff needs more training."

Made my baby’s first appointment through the phone, was guided on how to switch doctors for his insurance, the staff are nice, and Dr. Hector Grajeda always informs us on any concerns we had! Definitely recommended this place to my friend!"

"Appointment was at 8:45am arrived at 8:30 because they always ask to be 15 minutes early. Was called in at 9am child got vitals done and we were told to wait for the Doctor. We waited 30 minutes before going out to ask whats taking long and was told someone was coming already. Doctor came in did her check up said someone would be in with vaccines literally waited 1 hour for vaccines and nothing. I had to open the door and tell someone ive been there over 2 hours and no one has brought vaccines. Then someone knocked on the door and said they were barely going to get vaccines ready. They came in told me to sign papers, vaccinated my child and left. Didnt review anything with me or what i can give my child after vaccines for fussyness. Good thing its not my first time. But this is an every day occurance. They were not busy because people that went in with me left way before me. I literally left crying of anger because i do not like to go off on people but this staff needs more time management classes. My appointment did not have to last over 2 hours."
