"Dr Amanda B. Hall and her P.A. are both equally kind, accommodating, understanding and knowledgeable. After they get to know you they truly remember your case personally. Dr. Hall has a fantastic memory and prides herself on efficiency. She very most definitely will go above and beyond to care for her patients.one night, she actually called me personally and talked with me about my sick daughter and got us through the night until she could see us in the a.m. she was NOT the dr on call, either!! She treats my entire family and we are a complex mix from many serious and general needs. Her front desk staff sre also helpful and hard working. My mom is 83, and Dr Hall is so patient and gets things fone. We are truly blessed to have her treating our entire family."
"This facility is Awesome! Dr Ayesha Khan is Awesome! She really listens and takes the lead when it comes to my families healthcare. I have moved over an hour away but will continue to see this wonderful doctor and her staff."
"Love Dr. Khan. Very friendly and personable staff. Sad to lose her since we moved to Colorado. She will be a hard act to follow."
"I initially I gave Dr. Khan the benefit of the doubt in regards to her knowledge, thoroughness, bedside manner and willingness to listen to her patients. Now I'm afraid she will miss something serious and/or misdiagnose a life threatening illness. As time has gone on I'm finding that she's not as thorough as I initially believed. I would only see Dr. Khan annually. Thereafter I only go in if I'm feeling awful. Recently I went in because I was feeling horrible. I told her about everything and I mean everything that is ailing me. I mentioned 2 things in particular that concerned me and that I thought would have concerned her too because they are major organs. I mentioned my concerns again. She never acknowledged it or examined me to check for any malformities. Instead I was treated for a diagnosis that doesn't seem accurate based on how I'm feeling and the symptoms I shared with her. I feel like I was just given a band aid and sent home."
"My daughter was sick and coughing with fever so I took her in to see the doctor on a Friday. Doctor said it's nothing, just allergies. They ran no test or anything and sent her on her way. Here I am 3 days later and her cough is worse and chest is hurting. I call to speak to a nurse 8:15 am and since they have a "call service" answer their phones, they say they will put urgent of a request for a nurse to call me back. A few hours later I call back and say I am still waiting for an urgent call back. They say my request is marked urgent and someone will call. 6 hours later, I call back and say this is unacceptable that no one else has called me yet. So they finally get a nurse on the line and all she says is "oh, they didn't tell me to call you back, I thought it was an FYI." They want another co-pay and will charge my insurance again after doing nothing the first visit. This is what you get for going on to an unpersonalized network that uses 3rd party services to service their customer. The faster they can get you in and out, the more money they get to charge me and my insurance! What happened to doctors that really care about the patient and not the money? If you want a doctor that dresses like she just came from a rodeo and rushes you out the door, this is the place for you! I'm looking for another provider and notifying the insurance company."
