"I was referred to Dr. Smith so I scheduled appt in February. I arrived at office to be informed the PA was out on funeral leave (which is explainable) so then I schedule another appt for April which I was then informed I had to see Dr Smith because I was a new patient; again my appointment was reschedule for the following month - May. Now I get informed that the office will be closed on my appt day and I would need to be rescheduled for the following month (June) - No thank you, that was enough wasted months."
