"Very disappointed with the service I wanted a refill on some medications they said they didn't have the medications on my chart how is it that CVS has the information the dates I received medications and the names these medications were called in from their office how is it that they don't have it on record they took forever to answer the phone and put me on hold forever I am changing doctors and I recommend to others to do the same"

"Since Dr. Pollock left the clinic has no follow through for their patients. Very disappointing after such a good and caring physician. They really need to get a “real” doctor back in house for the patients."
