"Rudest drive through experience ive ever had. It was my 1st time at this place and it is definitely my last. Don’t talk down to someone because they aren’t familiar with your menu. I left without ordering, wasn’t worth my money."

"Just went to this location and requested a pineapple surf and asked to remove the Kiwi part and substitute it for extra pineapple instead, as I do every time I order this drink however this time woman that was taken my order said “ I can’t do any substitutions, extra charge for a different fruit” I told her I buy this at least twice a week but she refused to add 3 extra little pieces of pineapple in subs for the kiwi and for that reason, they just lost my business and my family’s. I just think that attitudes like hers losing a customer is not a problem. It my be insignificant but it is just the principle."

"I'm always a big fan of Smoothie King but today seemed like it was a little busier than normal and with one of the speakers down for the drive-thru ie was making the work and job tuff for the employees. That said you would think they would be a little discouraged or in the weeds but when I walked in Isaac greeted me he was calm cool and collected also had a nice smile the other young lady was doing a great job too handling the traffic. You guys have good employees here great job, thank you."

"Service is typically good from the window. When I went yesterday, my order hadn’t been placed once I made it to the window so I had to wait about four minutes. I decided to try the pumpkin spice smoothie although I’m not big on pumpkin. I didn’t like it and unfortunately I tossed it after a few sips. It had a very “healthy” taste! I usually go for the Gladiator."
