"If I could give a review without any stars I would. This clinic has repeatedly made appts without me knowing, cancelled appts the day of repeatedly, never answers when I call. I have never dealt with a clinic in the way this one is. When I did get my initial appt it was at 330 I left the office at 745 at night. It has been the worst experience of my life."

"Getting a hold of anyone over the phone to confirm appointments is like winning a lottery ticket. Call 10-20 times in a row until someone answers. Maybe. The wait time at the office is not any better either. Have an appointment at 4? Don't expect to be seen until maybe 5:30 or 6. The fact this is like the only pulmonologist in town that doctors refer you to is insulting."

"Doesn't even deserve any star, been calling there office several times for sleep study, appointments are being rescheduled or cancel without them calling the patient. Worst clinic"

"Ive been a patient for years now and had never had a problem getting my ProAir inhaler or any meds. Frances is awesome but today I spoke to Elvie and she has no phone skills shes very rude. She said they had over 200 phone messages and that I needed to wait. To me my med is life saving, if I don't have it I can't breath. Elvie needs more training.."

"This is the worst doctor office experience I have ever had in my life. My first appointment I waited over 4 hours to see the Dr for 5 minutes. Then I show up a month later for my sleep study appointment, drive 45 min to get there and they didn’t pre approve my insurance and didn’t bother to get ahold of me so I drove all the way there for nothing. I am furious."
