"Dr. Martin is a GREAT DR!! Disappointed in the office policies! My new born ( at the time) had a appt. that I had to cancel day of, because my other daughter tested positive for covid that same morning, and doing the right thing, I didn't bring my baby to the appt. I called to let them know, and they treated me like I've missed and canceled many appt's ( I had made every appt she had so far) and front desk wanted to put me out 6 weeks ( that's what you do to pt's that are notorious for same day cancelations, I work in the medical field myself) Front office staff need some training on how to treat people ! Well our ins was going to laps the next month, so I took her to another Dr, for her shots, and this office WOULD NOT LET US COME BACK!!! They said I moved her and cant come back! Nobody informed me or gave me the option. Now I can't find a good Dr to take my baby to. Cooks in Lake Worth hurt her , so I will not go back there either !!!! So beware, if you should have to take your child to another Dr, you wont be able to come back here !!!!!!"

"Dr. Martin is a great pediatrician. The office is great about getting my daughter in anytime she is sick. They always have someone available to answer your questions or concerns. Great place to take your kiddos."

"They don’t respond on weekends, they take a week off for holidays without anyone backing the doctors up to write scripts or take calls, everything is to accommodate them and their schedules and not the patient. Take care of your family and go somewhere that has a patient first mentality. Customer service is non existent from the front desk to the doctor and everything in between. This is a poorly run business/practice and they think you owe them. In addition, our baby has a dairy and soy allergy that they diagnosed as a “fussy baby” only to find out four tough months later that the allergies were the sole cause. Again, they try to take the easy way out and move you in and out of their practice."

"Dr.Martin is amazing. She is so sweet and so attentive to the little ones. I really loved bringing my little one to her because I knew she would always be well taken care of. If I hadn’t moved I would 100 percent continue to come here. Only reason for 4 stars is because of the office personnel. They aren’t always friendly and act like it’s a problem to ask them to do their jobs. Don’t ask for an appointment on Friday for the next available day. They don’t have “access” to the following Monday. But Dr.Martin 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family."

"Dr. Martin is honestly the best Pediatric and Doctor I have ever met. She truly cares about her patients! Very very sweet and caring. My son also very much adores her and trust her which doesn't happen often. We will forever keep Dr. Martin!! They are also super good with getting my son in to be seen as soon as possible, sometimes even same day I call in. I also love the fact that after visiting them, they call to check on my son and make sure he's doing better."
