No Place Like Home:

"We drove 20 minutes to go to this specific urgent care because we have had such amazing experiences in the past. We walked in at 6:45pm and there was one person in the waiting room. We stood at the counter and waited for someone to greet us. Finally a woman slid the door open and rudely stated that they were not taking anymore patients for the evening. There waited time had exceeded our closing time. They close at 8pm so I was completely shocked by this answer. There was no remorse or concern for us just rudeness. This is unacceptable and I won’t be back."

"I've been here a couple of times for various minor illnesses and a back spasm a couple of years ago. They are always compassionate care givers, and take their time to listen. The wait time may be a bit longer, but I know it's because they give each patient the needed time. Each time I have been, I was treated with respect."
